Product Overview
The FQ-V-3GSDI-1V 3G-SDI Fiber Optic Converter is designed for long-distance, uncompressed transmission of SD-SDI, HD-SDI, and 3G-SDI video signals over single-mode LC fiber.
The unit provides 1× SDI input, 1× SDI loop output, and 1× additional SDI OUT2, allowing the incoming SDI signal to be monitored locally while simultaneously sending the signal to another connected device.
Featuring a broadcast-grade SFP optical module, the converter supports transmission distances of up to 20km over single-mode fiber. The hot-swappable LC SFP design also simplifies maintenance and replacement.
For mobile video production and field applications, the unit is equipped with an NP-F970 battery plate for battery-powered operation. The locking DC power input provides a secure wired power connection when required.
The rugged aluminum alloy housing and integrated mounting bracket make the FQ-V-3GSDI-1V suitable for camera rigs, outdoor production, live broadcasting, studios, control rooms, and other professional video environments.
