Product Overview
The FQ-SDI-2V1HD-T/R 2-Channel 3G-SDI Fiber Optic Extender is a professional desktop transmission solution designed to extend two independent SDI video signals together with one bidirectional serial data channel over a single optical fiber.
It supports SD-SDI, HD-SDI and 3G-SDI standards with resolutions up to 1920×1080@60Hz and data rates of 270Mbps, 1.48Gbps and 3Gbps. Two SDI channels can be transmitted simultaneously over single-mode single-fiber for distances up to 20km through an LC optical interface.
The unit supports RS422, RS485 or RS232 serial data, with a maximum bus rate of 115.2Kbps. RS422 and RS232 support full-duplex operation, while RS485 supports half-duplex communication.
With a compact 135 × 105 × 27mm desktop enclosure and external 5–12V DC power supply, the FQ-SDI-2V1HD-T/R is suitable for broadcast, live production, professional AV, camera control and long-distance SDI transmission applications.
