Product Overview
The FQ-12G-1V1GE1HD-T/R 12G-SDI Fiber Optic Extender is a professional single-channel, unidirectional 12G-SDI fiber transmission solution with integrated Gigabit Ethernet and bidirectional serial data transmission.
The system supports SD-SDI, HD-SDI, 3G-SDI, 6G-SDI, and 12G-SDI video standards with resolutions up to 3840×2160@60Hz. SDI video, Gigabit Ethernet, and RS485/RS422/RS232 serial data can be transmitted simultaneously over a single-mode single-fiber connection up to 20km through an FC optical interface.
The serial data interface supports RS485, RS422, or RS232, with a maximum bus rate of 115.2Kbps. RS422 and RS232 support full-duplex operation, while RS485 supports half-duplex operation.
The integrated Gigabit Ethernet interface provides network connectivity alongside SDI video and serial control data, making the system suitable for professional video systems that require multiple signal types to be transmitted over a single fiber link.
