The FQ-KN8D-T/RL 8-Channel XLR DMX512 Fiber Optic Extender is a rackmount fiber transmission solution designed to extend DMX512 lighting control signals over long distances. It provides a reliable optical connection between DMX512 lighting consoles and remote lighting equipment.
The system supports 8 standard DMX512 channels and uses single-mode single-fiber transmission to extend the communication distance while providing electrical isolation from lightning, surge interference, electromagnetic interference, and other electrical disturbances.
The transmitter connects to the DMX512 control system through XLR female connectors, while the receiver uses XLR male connectors for connection to lighting equipment. The rackmount design is suitable for professional stage lighting, concerts, theaters, and other centralized AV installations.
