Product Overview

The FQ-SDI-1V1 series 3G-SDI Fiber Optic Extender is a professional long-distance video transmission solution designed to extend SD-SDI, HD-SDI and 3G-SDI signals over fiber.

It supports video resolutions up to 1920×1080@60Hz and SDI data rates of 270Mbps, 1.48Gbps and 3Gbps, including 1080p 3G-SDI signals. The system supports single-mode single-fiber transmission up to 20km and is available with SC, FC or LC optical interfaces.

An integrated SDI loop out provides convenient local monitoring or connection to additional SDI equipment. Depending on the selected model, the extender also provides one bidirectional RS485, RS232 or RS422 data channel for remote control, serial communication and professional video system integration.

The compact 140 × 110 × 25mm enclosure and external 5–12V DC power supply make the extender suitable for both fixed installations and professional AV applications.
