Product Overview
The ZH-U421M-T/R Mini USB 3.0 Fiber Optic Extender is a compact USB extension solution designed to transmit USB 3.0, USB 2.0, and USB 1.1 signals over long-distance optical fiber.
Supporting USB 3.0 SuperSpeed bandwidth up to 5 Gbps, the system extends USB connections up to 250 meters over single-mode fiber and up to 50 meters over multimode fiber. It supports both single-fiber and dual-fiber LC configurations.
The ZH-U421M-T/R provides broad USB compatibility, supporting USB 3.0, USB 2.0, and USB 1.1 devices, including self-powered USB 3.0 devices and Kinect motion-sensing peripherals.
The system is available with either a compact external receiver box or a PCI Express receiver card, providing flexible installation options for desktop computers, workstations, industrial systems, and professional applications.
With plug-and-play operation and no additional driver software required, the ZH-U421M-T/R supports Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, full Linux, and UNIX operating systems.
