The ZH-ST-HS8K HDMI 2.1 Active Optical Cable is a high-performance hybrid fiber optic cable designed for long-distance transmission of high-bandwidth HDMI video signals. It supports HDMI 2.1, 48Gbps bandwidth, 8K@60Hz and 4K@144Hz, providing stable and high-quality signal transmission for professional AV and high-resolution display applications.
The cable uses a hybrid construction combining 4 optical fibers and 7 copper wires. The optical fibers carry high-speed HDMI signals over long distances, while the copper conductors provide power to the optical modules, eliminating the need for an external power supply.
The integrated optical and electrical design provides a thinner, lighter, and more flexible cable compared with conventional long-distance copper HDMI cables. The TX and RX ends feature zinc alloy housings for enhanced mechanical strength, shielding, and durability.
With support for transmission distances of up to 100 meters over 50/125μm multimode fiber, the ZH-ST-HS8K is suitable for 8K displays, projectors, digital signage, conference rooms, multimedia classrooms, home theaters, and professional AV installations.
