The ZH-SK-HS8K HDMI 2.1 TPU Armored Active Optical Cable is a high-performance hybrid fiber optic cable designed for long-distance transmission of high-bandwidth HDMI video signals. Supporting HDMI 2.1, 48Gbps bandwidth, 8K@60Hz, and 4K@144Hz, it provides stable and reliable video transmission for professional AV and high-resolution display applications.
The cable combines 4 optical fibers and 7 copper wires in a hybrid construction. The optical fibers carry the high-speed HDMI signal, while the copper wires provide power to the integrated optical modules through the HDMI interface, eliminating the need for an external power supply.
The TPU outer jacket provides enhanced durability and flexibility for demanding installation environments. Compared with conventional copper HDMI cables, the hybrid optical design offers a smaller diameter, lower weight, and improved flexibility, making the cable easier to route over long distances.
The TX and RX ends feature zinc alloy housings for enhanced mechanical strength and shielding. With transmission distances of up to 100 meters over OM3 multimode fiber, the ZH-SK-HS8K is suitable for 8K displays, projectors, conference rooms, multimedia classrooms, home theaters, and professional AV systems.
