The FQ-MOD277B RS232 Fiber Optic Converter is a professional serial data transmission solution designed to extend RS232 communication over long-distance optical fiber.
It supports 1-channel full-duplex RS232 with asynchronous point-to-point transmission and data rates from 0 to 115.2Kbps. The Phoenix terminal interface provides a practical connection solution for industrial control equipment, serial devices, and other RS232 applications.
The FQ-MOD277B supports single-mode or multimode fiber, as well as single-fiber or dual-fiber transmission, with SC, FC, or ST optical interfaces. Available configurations provide transmission distances from 2km to 20km.
With a compact 95 × 70 × 25mm enclosure, the converter can be powered locally using an external DC 5V/1A power supply or installed in a compatible 14-slot dual-power rack for centralized power distribution.
