Product Overview
The ZH-THF1402D DVI/HDMI 4K Fiber Optic Extender is designed to transmit DVI/HDMI video signals over long distances using two-core LC fiber optic cable. It supports both multimode and single-mode fiber, providing up to 250m over OM3 multimode fiber or 750m over G.652D single-mode fiber.
The extender supports resolutions up to 4096×2160@30Hz, 3840×2160@30Hz, and 2560×1440@60Hz, making it suitable for professional AV systems, digital signage, control rooms, video walls, conference rooms, and other high-resolution display applications.
The built-in EDID manual learning function improves compatibility with different displays by allowing the transmitter to learn the display’s EDID information. The system also supports embedded HDMI audio transmission for HDMI signals without HDCP protection.
The transmitter and receiver feature a compact metal housing with front-panel optical interfaces, indicators, and EDID controls for convenient installation and operation. The DVI/HDMI interface can also provide +5V power, while external 5V power adapters are recommended for reliable operation.
